WJM was formed by two brothers who had both worked in the homebuilding industry for years. Wade and Jerry Monroe grew up on job sites and working for sub contractors at a young age. Their father Bud Monroe was a home builder who started his company in the 1960’s in the Houston area, so home building is in their blood. Both Jerry and Wade graduated from Texas A&M University then went their separate ways. Wade worked directly under his dad and Jerry started his own building company with his dad’s help. In 2020, Wade and Jerry partnered up so they could cover more area and fulfill their dream of building exceptional luxury custom homes for the people of Houston.
