Daybreak Custom Homes was established in 2000 with the mindset of building architecturally stunning homes, while providing “A higher standard of personal service”

Over the last 23 years, Daybreak Custom Homes has built luxury homes all over Houston and it’s surrounding counties in many master planned communities including Fulbrook, Royal Oaks Country Club, Bender’s Landing, Weston Lakes, Bayou Oaks at Cinco Ranch, and Kingwood. We also specialize in building on acreage property and in most subdivisions with our Custom Build On Your Property program.

Both Mike and Ray, the Daybreak owners, have followed in their father’s footsteps in the luxury home building industry, and are now 20 year veterans of the craft. The brothers grew up learning about construction and working in the field. They learned the business from the ground up.. From summer jobs picking up trash, cleaning construction sites, and doing ‘punch-out’ work, to scheduling trades, working with clients and learning how to manage the complex flow of construction and learning the complexities of running a business.

Mike, an A&M finance grad., manages the company’s finances and purchasing, while Ray manages the company’s client interactions and marketing. Together, they complement each other with their varying strengths and they work as a team to run the business and give excellent service and knowledge to their clients. They take the time, as a team, to work directly with you from design through build. This is a huge asset as they are able to provide two different professional perspectives and give you a more ‘well rounded’ approach in helping you make solid building decisions.
